Pr\u00e1vn\u00ed slu\u017eby jsou \u010dasto poskytov\u00e1ny v hodn\u011b osobit\u00e9m r\u00e1zu (\u010dasto podle individu\u00e1ln\u00edch preferenc\u00ed a osobnosti konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho pr\u00e1vn\u00edka \u010di pr\u00e1vni\u010dky) a pr\u00e1vn\u00edci sami sebe jen z\u0159\u00eddkakdy pova\u017euj\u00ed za<em> poskytovatele slu\u017eeb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Co\u017e je p\u0159esn\u011b ten d\u016fvod, pro\u010d v tomto \u00favodu do designu slu\u017eeb rozebereme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#what-is-service-design\">Co je to design slu\u017eeb<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#service-design-for-lawyers\">Jak je design slu\u017eeb pro pr\u00e1vn\u00edky u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd?<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#service-design-in-legal-practice\">Jak aplikovat design slu\u017eeb v praxi?<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#service-design-reading-list\">U\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed zdroje<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-service-design\">Co je to design slu\u017eeb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slu\u017ebu si m\u016f\u017eeme nadefinovat jako <em>n\u011bco, co n\u011bkomu napom\u00e1h\u00e1 k tomu, aby n\u011bco ud\u011blal<\/em> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/book\/show\/51209181-good-services\">Lou Downe<\/a>). V kontextu pr\u00e1va to mohou b\u00fdt slu\u017eby poskytovan\u00e9 advok\u00e1tn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nebo alternativn\u00edm poskytovatelem pr\u00e1vn\u00edch slu\u017eeb (se kter\u00fdmi se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me zejm\u00e9na v zahrani\u010d\u00ed), jako\u017e i intern\u00ed slu\u017eby, kter\u00e9 jsou dod\u00e1v\u00e1ny podnikov\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vn\u00edky, slu\u017eby poskytovan\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi klinikami a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Design slu\u017eeb je celostn\u00ed a v\u011bdom\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed slu\u017eeb takov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, aby byl co nejv\u00edce zohledn\u011bn jejich p\u0159\u00edjemce.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Celostn\u00ed<\/strong>, proto\u017ee je t\u0159eba na pr\u00e1vn\u00ed slu\u017ebu nahl\u00ed\u017eet jako na celek, od za\u010d\u00e1tku do konce (a nejen jako na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed kusy, jako je tomu nap\u0159\u00edklad v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b automatizace pr\u00e1vn\u00edch dokument\u016f),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u011bdom\u00fd<\/strong>, as it recognises that good services don&#8217;t happen by chance or gut feeling, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na u\u017eivatele<\/strong>, since it doesn&#8217;t matter if the service is beautiful or fancy if the user (client) doesn&#8217;t get what they wanted: &#8220;<em>Although a consultant&#8217;s product may appear as a bound report, what the consumer bought was mental capability and knowledge, not paper and ink.<\/em>&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/1984\/01\/designing-services-that-deliver\">HBR<\/a>) &#8211; they came to get divorced, not to get a shiny paper to put on display.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Design pr\u00e1vn\u00edch slu\u017eeb by tak\u00e9 mohl b\u00fdt pova\u017eov\u00e1n za poddom\u00e9nu <a href=\"https:\/\/attorneyatcode.com\/cs\/legal-design-thinking\/\">legal designu<\/a> nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/attorneyatcode.com\/cs\/legal-design-for-legal-operations\/\">designu v oblasti legal operations<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"service-design-for-lawyers\">Jak je design slu\u017eeb pro pr\u00e1vn\u00edky u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S n\u00e1stupem generativn\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence se s oblibou pr\u00e1vn\u00edk\u016f pt\u00e1m: <em>pokud v\u00e1\u0161 klient m\u016f\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edt chatbot s velk\u00fdm jazykov\u00fdm modelem na zodpov\u011bzen\u00ed jejich pr\u00e1vn\u00edch ot\u00e1zek, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem byste se ujistili, \u017ee po\u0159\u00e1d bude cht\u00edt odeb\u00edrat va\u0161e slu\u017eby?<\/em> (<a href=\"https:\/\/attorneyatcode.com\/cs\/10-things-lawyers-need-to-know-about-generative-ai\/\">p\u00e1r my\u0161lenek na toto t\u00e9ma najdete tady<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Odpov\u011b\u010f je pr\u00e1v\u011b v designu slu\u017eeb jako\u017eto metody jasn\u00e9ho vydefinotv\u00e1n\u00ed, kde le\u017e\u00ed p\u0159idan\u00e1 hodnota, ze kter\u00e9 benefituj\u00ed v\u0161ichni<\/strong>: va\u0161eho klienta, va\u0161\u00ed organizaci a kolegy, spole\u010dnost a planetu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><strong>Pokud by si va\u0161i klienti mohli sami vy\u0159e\u0161it svoje pr\u00e1vn\u00ed probl\u00e9my, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem byste je nal\u00e1kali, aby nad\u00e1le odeb\u00edrali placen\u00e9 slu\u017eby od v\u00e1s?<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nad r\u00e1mec \u010dir\u00e9ho p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed a odli\u0161en\u00ed od konkurence<\/strong>, dob\u0159e nedesignovan\u00e9 slu\u017eby mohou v\u00e9st nap\u0159\u00edklad k n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm benefit\u016fm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nad\u0161en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed klienty, kte\u0159\u00ed se bu\u010fto vracej\u00ed nebo alespo\u0148 nech\u00e1vaj\u00ed dobr\u00e9 recenze,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost pro standardizaci (= vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mar\u017ee)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lep\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed rizik (pokud v\u0161ichni v\u011bd\u00ed, jak slu\u017eba prob\u00edh\u00e1, tak je daleko men\u0161\u00ed \u0161ance, \u017ee se na n\u011bco zapomene).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"service-design-in-legal-practice\">Jak aplikovat design slu\u017eeb v pr\u00e1vn\u00ed praxi?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prvn\u00ed krok je si p\u0159iznat, \u017ee poskytujete slu\u017ebu<\/strong>. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee si definujete, kdo je v\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1kazn\u00edk, jakou slu\u017ebu poskytujete a jak v\u00edte, \u017ee to d\u011bl\u00e1te dob\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Velk\u00fdm zlep\u0161ov\u00e1kem je vytvo\u0159it si u\u017eivatelskou personu, tak abyste m\u011bli o n\u011bco konkr\u00e9tn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavu o tom, na koho c\u00edl\u00edte. Ideally, if you have some client or customer feedback, make sure to consider it as well. What are you trying to achieve? Are your legal services a 5* hotel on the beach or a hostel for $5 a night in the city centre?
