Below you may find my selection of cool legal tech resources I encountered in April!
Today, we will talk about legal design school, legal tech on public transport, oneDPA, a good old fashioned binge-watching!
1. Legal Design School
The team behind dot.legal has created a Legal Design School. It is a six week long legal design course that runs on their in-house platform. I am particularly very curious on how the community around the course will develop, but I believe we are in great hands.
I am excited to learn something new and definitely can’t wait to report back with a full review to help you decide if this is the way to deep dive into legal design for you!
2. Kliently ad in public transport
One of the things about the emerging legal tech community is that it sometimes flies almost a little too much under the radar. So seeing an add for an online legal advice platform on public transport made me feel almost like a proud mom!

I still believe we should focus a lot more on making law comprehensible even without having to consult a lawyer. But since I do both my language lessons a therapy online, I am there for this initiative to make legal advice easy a accessible.
3. oneDPA
I feel like I mention oneNDA every time I write any of these (but seriously, oneNDA is awesome and you should check it out).
Now the team is tackling the second evenly annoying yet perhaps even more important doc: oneDPA.
One of the really cool things is that there was a democratic vote taking place on each of the principles. Super cool way how to gather feedback from a bunch of hyper-opinionated lawyers!
4. Binging Design Show on Netflix
I love when I find something intriguing enough to watch to relax in a productive way. But I was absolutely captivated by Abstract: The Art of Design by Netflix.
The show is smart, extremely visually pleasing, and it has some great storytelling. If you are into design, try procrastinating over this one next time it rains on a Sunday.
5. April on Attorney@Code
Thank you for stopping by last month!
In April we focused on coding attorneys (surprise, surprise)!
- If you are still unsure whether you should learn to code, you can get inspired tady.
- If you know you want to, but don’t know where to start, head tady.
- And finally, if you want to follow my lead and do CS50, you can see my lawyer’s review tady.
Any tips?
